BHRC Bolsters Executive Team; Hires Beauty Industry Veteran Diane Calta
LOS ANGELES – Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center (BHRC), widely recognized as Hollywood’s secret weapon in the fight against aging – is adding to its executive team as part of its overall expansion strategy. Diane Calta, with 25 years of experience in the beauty industry, has joined the BHRC team as the Vice President of Franchise Operations, effective December 2018.
In her new role, Calta will advance and support BHRC’s plans focused on brand education, national brand growth, development and execution of new market development tactics, as well as the onboarding and support of franchisees into the system.
“I am thrilled be a part of BHRC, and continue its plans to expand nationally. It’s amazing to see the work and growth they’ve had over the last ten years,” said Calta. “Devin and Dan have achieved incredible success and I’m confident the future will be filled with exciting accomplishments and growth for BHRC.”
Prior to joining the BHRC team, Calta worked for Regis Corporation for 15 years. During her time she held several positions including Chief Operating Officer, responsible for 1000+ corporate units, and Senior Vice President of Franchise Operations during an aggressive franchise growth period. Calta also worked for Dayton Hudson Marshall Field’s Department Stores in their corporate merchandising office, and Saks Fifth Avenue in store operations.
“What I love about the beauty industry is that you really have the ability to change how people feel about themselves whether that’s physically, mentally or emotionally – how someone perceives themselves affects their whole life,” expressed Calta. “BHRC focuses on addressing a person as a whole with specific services to target different priorities an individual may have. This is a brand I believe in, and I’m excited to be a part of the team to help change the lives of both our clients and our franchisees.”
Both long time fitness enthusiasts, co-founders Devin Haman and Dan Holtz began to notice the effects of aging in terms of increased body fat, a reduced immune system response, and a decline in hormone levels. As time progressed, other symptoms such as reduced energy, minor aches and pains, extended recovery times and loss of sleep were identified. Together they set a goal to “pause” the effects of aging then combined the technology and experts needed to succeed.
Today, Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center has become widely recognized as the go-to medical spa for celebrities such as international model and star of Bravo’s “Real Housewives of Miami,” Joanna Krupa; television and film actor, Dean Caine; and legendary actress, Morgan Fairchild.
Known for its advanced techniques and pioneering treatments, BHRC offers affordable, transformational and non-invasive services such as laser treatments, facial treatments, hormone replacement, weight loss and injectables. Other innovative treatments include coolsculpting, body contouring, hair restoration and vaginal rejuvenation.
“One of the things we hope to find when looking for new members to join our BHRC team whether an executive or franchisee is someone who is as passionate as we are about the beauty and aesthetic industry and who shares the same values,” noted Haman, Co-Founder of BHRC. “With Diane, I know that is exactly who we hired. She is passionate about the industry as a whole and brings with her a tremendous amount of knowledge. Dan and I believe she will be instrumental in our operations as we continue to expand.”
