stem cells out of all products available today. Cord blood products have negligible amounts of MSC
(Mesenchymal Stem Cells) and are classified as HSC (Hematopioetic Stem Cells), or blood forming cells.
WJ is scientifically proven to be the richest, most dense tissue in the body with MSC. MSC are not found in umbilical cord blood which again is HSC- Hematopoietic Stem Cells. (less than 1% are MSC)
MSC can differentiate into other cells such as bone, tissue, cartilage and muscle cells. Umbilical cord
blood, HSC again turns into blood forming cells.
They are NOT FDA compliant and have had many documented adverse reactions and recalls of tainted
products. The proteins in the blood cause the need for HLA (Human Leukocyte Antigen) matching and
screening. There are problems with host/graft disease due to blood. They have short term result on
average. Using them to inject tissue in any manner is not homologous use which is not FDA compliant.
Adipose tissue harvest, or stromal vascular fraction is now considered a drug by the FDA and being
phased out. Adipose MSC does exist and are effective in some uses. The main issue with adipose harvest
for MSC, besides the FDA, is the fitness of the cell with age. A biologically young source, such as
Wharton’s Jelly umbilical cord matrix, is scientifically proven to have more viable molecules than fat
harvested adult cells.
Bone marrow harvesting is mainly HSC leukemia.
Embryonic cells are from aborted fetal tissue and are illegal in America.
Anecdotally- people say they have a better sense of wellbeing and can feel the aches and pains melting

you expect from Corecyte but in a much bigger way.
The MSC has the same mechanism in this product as does Corecyte, it’s simply a much more

All tissues are procured, processed and tested in accordance with FDA requirements to minimize potential risks of disease transmission to recipients. Infectious disease testing is performed at a registered laboratory in accordance with the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments of 1988 (CLIA) and 42 CFR part 493.

In certain cases of bone marrow transplants a patient’s DNA can be altered or shared with the donor. For the intent and purpose of Predicitve’s products, your DNA will most likely not be altered. Most procedures utilizing human cell and tissue products in regenerative medicine will typically be removed by normal body processes within 3-14 days, and in some cases up to 120 days.
