The Med Spa Manager is a part of the decision-making team that helps the business continuously grow and improve. They have complete knowledge of the business’s financial and operational procedures and are responsible for implementing strategies and processes to assist the company in thriving. Above all, they ensure every patient experience excellent patient care and service. The Manager is to supervise all day-to-day operations, delegate responsibility, and direct employees to assure that all operations are performed in accordance with BHRC standards, policies, and procedures.

The Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant is responsible for performing BHRC’s treatments in a safe and effective manner as well as providing recommendations on follow-up treatments and appropriate products to purchase. The Physician Assistant may also be called upon to do patient consultations as well.

The Registered Nurse is responsible for performing BHRC’s treatments for which they are legally qualified in a safe and effective manner and providing recommendations on follow-up treatments and appropriate products to purchase. The Registered Nurse will also be called upon to prepare patients and treatment rooms for exams, treatments, and procedures.

The Aesthetician is responsible for performing BHRC’s non-invasive treatments for which they are legally qualified in a safe and effective manner and providing recommendations on follow-up treatments and appropriate products to purchase. The aesthetician will also be called upon to prepare patients and treatment rooms for exams, treatments, and procedures.
