Suzanne Raina Natbony, Esq. is General Counsel (outside) of Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center, Inc. and its affiliated companies and is licensed to practice in California, since 2009. Suzanne is a third-generation lawyer and has garnered transactional, regulatory/compliance, dispute resolution and litigation experience. She has advised clients on a variety of business matters, including, structuring transactions, drafting and negotiating business and employment contracts, healthcare regulatory, privacy, due diligence, acquisitions, intellectual property, corporate governance, public policy, licensing, franchising and resolving disputes, both in and out of court. Further, Suzanne has gained a well-versed and diverse background practicing law across multiple business sectors, including, healthcare, technology, fitness, real estate, food, cosmetic, medical device and entertainment.
Not only an experienced general practice business lawyer, as both in-house counsel and outside counsel in private practice, Suzanne also has experience with executive management and startup founding. Suzanne is currently CEO of LawTake, a Law Partner at Aliant, LLP, Of Counsel to Merino Yebri LLP and has her own law firm, Solve & Win, PC. She also previously worked for March Vision Care, EcoClassic Homes, Katten Muchin Rosenman, the Michael H. Cohen Law Group, McCullough Sudan and the Federal Judicial Center.
Suzanne enjoys volunteering and giving back to the community. She is the Westside Ambassador for the National Association of Women Business Owners L.A. chapter, is a member of the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles and was a Doctor-Lawyer Dinner Planning Committee Member and former member of the American Health Lawyers Association and the American Society of Law Medicine and Ethics.
Suzanne graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Southern California. She was Vice President of the Pre-Law Society, Chairperson of the Professional Development Committee of the Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Fraternity, a member of Alpha Phi sorority and she studied abroad at Cambridge University. She received her J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law with an emphasis in health law and completed legal course work at Pepperdine, Georgetown, Loyola, and through an international study abroad program at the University of Technology, Sydney, Australia. She was President of the Southwestern Law and Medicine Society and Co-Vice President of the Loyola Health Law and Bioethics Association.
Suzanne is passionate about healthy living and practicing healthcare law, having grown up with active and health-conscious parents and several doctors in her family.
