Frequently Asked Questions About Our Regenerative Cell Therapy

Regenerative Cells are the basic building blocks of human tissue. They have the ability to repair, rebuild and
rejuvenate tissues throughout the body.

When disease or injury strikes, regenerative cells respond to specific signals and set out to facilitate the healing
process by differentiating into specialized cells. These specialized cells then release healing growth
factors in response to the distress cell signal in an injured or pathologic area of the body required for the
body’s repair.

Our products are rigorously tested to FDA guidelines in our CLIA (Clinical Laboratory Improvement
Amendments) registered lab. Thousands of patients have used Predictive’s tissue allografts with no
adverse effects.

Wharton’s Jelly human cell and tissue products (WJHCTP) contains the richest amount of mesenchymal
Regenerative cells out of all products available today. Cord blood products have negligible amounts of MSC
(Mesenchymal Regenerative Cells) and are classified as HSC (Hematopioetic Stem Cells), or blood forming cells.

WJ is scientifically proven to be the richest, most dense tissue in the body with MSC. MSC are not found in umbilical cord blood which again is HSC- Hematopoietic Stem Cells. (less than 1% are MSC)

MSC can differentiate into other cells such as bone, tissue, cartilage and muscle cells. Umbilical cord
blood, HSC again turns into blood forming cells.

They are NOT FDA compliant and have had many documented adverse reactions and recalls of tainted
products. The proteins in the blood cause the need for HLA (Human Leukocyte Antigen) matching and
screening. There are problems with host/graft disease due to blood. They have short term result on
average. Using them to inject tissue in any manner is not homologous use which is not FDA compliant.

There are no complications or issues with cord tissue which is FDA compliant and considered homologous use. Umbilical cord matrix, Wharton’s Jelly is also non-tumorigenic and immune privileged.

Adipose tissue harvest, or stromal vascular fraction is now considered a drug by the FDA and being
phased out. Adipose MSC does exist and are effective in some uses. The main issue with adipose harvest
for MSC, besides the FDA, is the fitness of the cell with age. A biologically young source, such as
Wharton’s Jelly umbilical cord matrix, is scientifically proven to have more viable molecules than fat
harvested adult cells.

Bone marrow harvesting is mainly HSC leukemia.

Embryonic cells are from aborted fetal tissue and are illegal in America.

Anecdotally- people say they have a better sense of wellbeing and can feel the aches and pains melting
away. Severe joint issues seem to heal much faster. Severe ED seems more responsive, etc. Everything
you expect from Corecyte but in a much bigger way.

The MSC has the same mechanism in this product as does Corecyte, it’s simply a much more
concentrated version with large numbers of molecules. MSC replaces, repairs, and restores molecules
and call our own bodies regenerative cells into action again to begin a healing cascade and seek out the areas in
the body that need healing.

1. WJ-10 is ten centimeters of the length of cord, and the Wharton’s Jelly matrix is concentrated
into 1ML.
2. It contains concentrated amounts of umbilical cord matrix, Wharton’s jelly. It is like a high
concentrated version of Corecyte and Polycyte combined. It sells for $7k-$10k per injection and
can be used in any application. It is like a super wellness injection or for a severely damaged
joint. In the wellness arena, patients are getting them weekly, monthly, and in a joint as needed.
Generally, a onetime joint injection. This is a limited product and very special. People love it and
a select few buy large volumes for themselves and family.
3. This product is not available for retail and may only be available in the future on a special order,
large volume basis.
4. We recently made enhancements to our Corecyte Structural Wharton’s Jelly Human Cell and
Tissue Product: The changes to our proprietary processing method includes reducing the volume
of saline and improvements to the cryopreservation method that have demonstrated increased
concentrations of the matrix and cellular components of the allograft. The result is an allograft
containing higher yields of native matrix material, scaffolding, collage, hyaluronic acid,
cytokines, growth factors and cells derived from the native Wharton’s Jelly.

It depends on the patient, indications and goals. Most patients only need one treatment, others need more and a few need maintenance.

Our human cell and tissue products are derived from the umbilical cords of healthy, full-term deliveries. Our products do not contain any embryonic or fetal tissue.

Comprehensive medical and social histories of the donors are obtained and reviewed. All tissues are procured, processed and tested in accordance with FDA requirements to minimize potential risks of disease transmission to recipients. Infectious disease testing is performed at a registered laboratory in accordance with the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments of 1988 (CLIA) and 42 CFR part 493.

In certain cases of bone marrow transplants a patient’s DNA can be altered or shared with the donor. For the intent and purpose of Predicitve’s products, your DNA will most likely not be altered. Most procedures utilizing human cell and tissue products in regenerative medicine will typically be removed by normal body processes within 3-14 days, and in some cases up to 120 days.

The procedure can be completed in a single visit. Your physician will be able to provide details specific to your treatment plan.

Depending on the therapy performed, you could see a noticeable change immediately following the procedure. Also, for several weeks and months following the therapy, as the regenerative cells go to work, you can expect to experience positive changes.

Using Regenerative Cells: Pros and Cons

If you were to use regenerative cells from blood products (not what we use), then there are reports of adverse reactions and safety recalls of tainted regenerative cell product. In some cases, there have been problems with host graft disease due to blood transfusion issues. And regenerative cells from blood have short term results on average.
