Sections Overview

This guide is intended to guide you through the process of performing a White Glove Inspection. To help you perform the inspection in an orderly process, we have divided the WGI into 12 sections, each corresponding to specific areas of a Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center facility.

Elements

In order to provide you with a strategic plan to not only inspect each section, but also assign responsibility to fix any issues found in each section, we have broken down those sections into Element's. Those elements are:

  1. Finishes - Finishes are the specifications of what color the walls should be painted, the type of tiles that should be on the floor, and the type of panels that should be on the ceiling. The Finishes are essential to creating a cohesive brand look for all BHRC locations. For the purpose of simplifying the inspection process, we are also including Cleanliness and Visually Appealing quotas in this Element.
  2. Fixtures - Traditionally, Fixtures are things that are permanently attached to a building, such as light switches, door handles counters, sinks, toilets etc. , however, for our purposes, we are including Signage in our definition of Fixtures.
  3. Furniture - Furniture refers to moveable objects such as chairs, tables, retail cabinets, etc. We are also including Decorations in our definition of Furniture to include Wall Posters/Signs and table top decorations.
  4. Equipment - Equipment includes electronics such as computers, tablets, phones, printers, etc. We are also including Service Equipment in this section including Lasers, CoolSculpting machines, etc.
  5. Supplies/Inventory - This element covers both Operational Supplies such as paper, notepads, pens, etc. and Product Inventory such as needles, products for services, backbar products, and retail products.
  6. Operations - The Operations element covers both physical items, binders, documents, operational procedures, etc.

Exterior

Finishes

  1. Parking - 7-10 spaces required if in non-office location.
  2. Entry Sidewalk - Clean with no trash or stains.
  3. Building Exterior - Clean and coating is not faded or chipped.

Fixtures

  1. Building Signage - Nothing obstructing the view and well lit day and night
  2. Windows/Signage - BHRC Logo appropriate size and location, hours posted, vinyl is adhered adequately. Windows clean and no streaks.

Lobby

Finishes

  1. Walls - Finished and painted the correct color in accordance with the Facility Design Guide. Walls are clean with no scuff marks.
  2. Floors - Dust bunny free - check under chairs and tables where applicable. No cracked or broken tiles and grout clean.

Fixtures

  1. Chandelier - Dust free, shining all bulbs are operational, additional lighting concerns.
  2. Outlet and Switch Coverings - In accordance with Facility Design Guide.
  3. BHRC Wall Logo - Dust free and shining.

Furniture

  1. Sofa's & Chairs - In accordance with Facility Design Guide. No stains, scratches, tears, and surface not excessively worn down.
  2. Tables - Glass streak free. Magazines of current month. Clutter free, and relevant marketing collateral.
  3. Retail Cabinet - Dusted and stocked elegantly, light turned on and not in direct sunlight.
  4. Decor - BHRC approved vendor marketing materials only - minimal not cluttered
  5. Fiddly Figs - Appropriate amount throughout the front area

Equipment

  1. Flatscreen TV - BHRC In-room loop playing
  2. Music - Set to Buddha Bar on Pandora and volume works

Supplies/Inventory

  1. Inventory - Display of products available for purchase in the Retail Cabinet. BHRC approved products.

Operations

  1. Marketing Campaigns - Current marketing campaign, material not faded, displayed for best visibility, pull down banners are relevant to brand.
