Opening Timeframes
The franchisee must identify and sign a lease (or purchase) a site within 180 days of signing the unit franchise agreement and the location must be open for business no later than 210 days from the date the franchise agreement was signed or if part of a development schedule, on or before the date prescribed in the development agreement.
